Clearance Inventory

We sometimes have inventory buildings that have been sitting at one of our sales lots for more than 200 days. Those buildings are shown on the searchable list below. Many of these buildings are substantially discounted, including new buildings that are over a year old. These are good quality buildings that simply haven't been purchased. They are not defective, but do not carry our normal warranty because they've been sitting for some time. You can then inquire with the dealer about availability and whether any clearance discounts are available.
