UTILITY SHEDSThe gable style roof of the Utility Shed provides the option for increased wall height, making it feel more spacious on the inside and leaving room on the walls for taller storage shelves, lawn and garden tools, or ladders. Utility Sheds are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
SINGLE SLOPEWith a lean-to roof style, the Single Slope can be placed with its back against a tree line or a property boundary, making the shed a part of your landscape. The high front can include horizontal windows to let in natural light. Single Slope Sheds are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
NON-LOFTED BARNSIf you need simple outdoor storage space for gardening tools, lawn equipment or other odds and ends, then the Non-lofted Barn might be the right choice. It’s plenty tall enough for the average adult to stand in. Non-Lofted Barns are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
SIDE GABLESide Gable Buildings are a great alternative to Side Entry Utility Sheds and are best situated on your property with the long side facing into the yard. Side Gable buildings also provide great internal space height in the center allowing better head space upon entrance. ALL Side Gable buildings are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
METRO SHEDSThe Old Hickory Metro Shed is an ideal storage solution for customers with limited yard space or those living in HOA-run neighborhoods. It’s ideal for simple storage of lawn and garden equipment, a push mower or snow blower, seasonal decorations, and other items that can be moved to open up valuable inside or garage storage space. Built as a single-slope building with the roof slope running from back to front, the Metro Shed can be positioned directly against an exterior wall or a property fence.
DOUBLE WIDE UTILITYDouble Wide Utility Buildings are comprised of two single-slope sheds with large frame-out openings on their high walls that face each other when connected upon delivery to create a large open interior space. The remainder of the floor decking is then installed, and a ridge cap is added.
METAL BUILDINGSHorizontal Metal sheds are the most economical models we offer, designed for customers that need a simple and lower cost storage solution. Add-on options are limited, and these buildings are not Engineer Certified.

Old Hickory’s greenhouses are the ideal structure for growing your plants year-round in a climate-controlled environment. Our Greenhouse gets delivered fully assembled and will be leveled up to 3’ by our drivers. All you’ll need to do is fill it with plants!
ANIMAL SHELTERSOur Animal Shelters have a 4x6in pressure treated perimeter base to make it deliverable by our drivers yet will resist rotting from ground moisture. You can add stalls, partitions, or a tack room depending on the size. Animal Shelters are ENGINEER CERTIFED!
SINGLE SLOPE ANIMAL SHELTERSingle Slope Animal Shelters have a front wall height that reaches a minimum of 100″ and rear wall height of 84″. Designed with a roof slope, these buildings come standard with a 3/12 roof pitch to maximize space. Our Single Slope Animal Shelters are Engineer Certified and have a 4x6in pressure treated perimeter base to resist rotting. Upgrade your building by adding stalls, partitions, or a tack room, depending on the size.
CHICKEN COOPSChicken Coops are the ideal and affordable solution for raising chickens on a residential property. Chicken coops are available in 6ft or 8ft widths and various lengths.
WOOD DRYING SHEDSDesigned for reliable year-round use, our Wood Drying Sheds are constructed with pressure treated 2x4s, have open-slat siding and treated deck boards to promote airflow and keep firewood off the wet ground. They’re available in 7ft or 8ft heights and in a variety of widths and lengths.

DELUXE PLAYHOUSEThe Deluxe Playhouse is the ultimate package for creating an outdoor recreational space, DIY studio or home office. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, five 2x3ft single-pane windows (3 in the bay front), four porch posts and three sections of porch railing. The Utility version includes 8ft walls. This package requires a minimum shed size of 12ft x 24ft.
PLAYHOUSEThe Playhouse package is an easy add-on if you’re looking to give your barn or shed some country style and a place to sit in the shade. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, 4ft of porch, two porch posts, and three 2x3ft single-pane windows. The Utility version includes 8ft walls. As an upgrade to the Utility Shed with Playhouse Package, the Vaulted Gable utilizes painted wood posts, beams and a crow’s foot architectural detail to create a full height open front porch.
SIDE PORCHThe Side Porch package is a great alternative to the Playhouse if you’re planning to orient the building sideways. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, 4ft depth porch with railing on the short side, one porch post, two 2x3ft single-pane windows and double barn doors. The Utility version includes 8ft walls.
CENTER PORCHThe Center Porch package is a great alternative to the Side Porch, especially if you plan to orient the building sideways. To qualify for the package price, the building must include a porch. This package includes a 9-lite walk-in door, two 2×3 ft single-pane windows, a standard 12′ wide x 4′ deep porch, and two porch posts with two sections of railing.
The Utility Center Porch option features 8′ walls. Minimum building size is 12′ x 24′. Image shown includes additional options that may not be part of the standard package. This package is not available with Vertical Metal siding.
GARAGEA rollup garage door is ideal for easy-access storage, especially for larger items that need a wide lockable opening. The package also includes a solid walk-in door, one 2x3ft single-pane window, 12in On-Center floor joists, and a diamond plate door threshold. The Utility version includes 8ft walls.
SHED DORMERThe Shed Dormer adds substantial daylight into your shed, making the inside feel larger and giving the outside a quaint appearance. The package comes standard with a 7/12 pitch roof and includes three 10x29in horizontal windows. It is only available in 8ft, 10ft and 12ft widths, but you can add dormers to the 2nd side or to longer buildings.
GABLE DORMERThe Gable Dormer provides an architectural detail that transforms your storage space into an attractive landscape feature. One 18in octagonal window helps let in more light.
