With up to 8ft of loft included in the price, the Lofted Barn is ideal for maximizing the available storage space. The gambrel (barn-style) roof provides a traditional appearance and increases the total loft space. ALL lofted barns are ENGINEER CERTIFIED!
Deluxe Playhouse
The Deluxe Playhouse is the ultimate package for creating an outdoor recreational space, DIY studio or home office. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, five 2x3ft single-pane windows (3 in the bay front), four porch posts and three sections of porch railing. The Utility version includes 8ft walls. This package requires a minimum shed size of 12ft x 24ft.
You Can Rent-To-Own Your Shed
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Set-up
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way in most areas (50 miles in The Southwest, 75 km in some Canadian provinces). Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver. Custom Orders require a Non-Refundable deposit to order, call us for more details.
